Floor-to-ceiling glass frames panoramic views across Honolulu, from the Pacific Ocean to the Ko‘olau mountains. Just a ten-minute walk from Waikīkī Beach, the penthouse features shared living, kitchen and coworking spaces designed for everyday life and work.
Members also have access to the building’s rooftop pool, fitness center, sauna, running track and tennis court.

With 26 private, furnished bedrooms, every member has a space of their own within a larger shared home. Each is named after a legendary Hawai‘i surf break or location—a small nod to the islands and culture that shape life here. Choose from Twin, Queen, and King rooms, with monthly rates ranging from $1,605–$3,305 based on the individual room.
