A ten-minute walk from the sand of Waikiki Beach, Surfbreak HNL’s floor-to-ceiling-glass space features a collection of private rooms ranging from twin to king corner suites, each inspired by a surf break famous to generations of Oahu kama’aina.
Pairing private and shared spaces for life, work and collaboration, our space is designed with remote workers in mind.

All prices are subject to standard additional tax surcharges applied by the State of Hawaii and the City and County of Honolulu for residential leases, including a 4.712% General Excise Tax and for some leases shorter than 180 days a 3% OTAT and a 10.25% Transient Accommodations Tax.
