Our fully renovated, four-story Mexican villa is a remote work and co-living oasis just steps away from the beach. 28 rooms, 11 bathrooms, 3 glass work/conference rooms, and a solar shaded rooftop deck,. You'll have plenty of space to work, relax, and connect with like-minded individuals. The property is gated for privacy and features a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area and covered BBQ area, perfect for hosting community events and cookouts. The space is being built to our standards, ensuring that you'll enjoy modern amenities and comfortable living spaces during your stay.

You can refer to the floorplan below for our room sizes and pricing. Please note that the 4th floor is not available until June 2024 due to construction. Don't worry - this is minor and will not impact your Surfbreak experience!
